Itinerary
Day 1:
Travel to Poole by coach, then by ferry to St Helier. On arrival in Jersey you'll be met by coach for the transfer to your hotel.
Day 2:
We start our Jersey discovery with a full-day tour, taking in some of the island's most spectacular bays, including St Ouen and St Brelade's. You'll see some fascinating sights, including the Corbiere Lighthouse, St Elizabeth Castle, and St Matthew's (glass) Church, and some picturesque villages, including St Aubin.
Day 3:
This morning we take an educational and emotional journey through the five years of German occupation during WWII at the Jersey War Tunnels, a former WWII underground military hospital. In the afternoon we visit the La Mare Wine Estate for a tour and tasting. Coach transfers are included.
Day 4:
The Botanic Gardens at Samarès Manor were created in the 1920s. This morning's visit gives the opportunity to enjoy the various aromas and colours. An optional tour of the Manor House and Rural Life Museum can be arranged. In the afternoon we enjoy an afternoon tea at the luxurious St Brelade's Bay Hotel. Coach transfers are included throughout.
Day 5:
Return to Waterside.
